Joining a reputable property management program comes with many benefits to Blue Ridge cabin rental owners.
At Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals, our goal is to oversee all aspects of maintenance and safety for you, so you can rest easy knowing that your property is in very capable hands and your guests can enjoy all aspects of your cabin. Our ongoing vendor relationships allow us to take care of pest control, hot tub care, lawn care, A/C services and general maintenance fixes for you that pop up over time. We’re proud to be your “eyes and ears” in Blue Ridge, so that your second home is never sitting empty without being monitored and cared for. We’ll send you regular reports so that you’re always up to date. So go ahead and relax – we’ve got the hard work covered!
Annual Inspections:
Upon joining the Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals owner program, we will conduct a thorough introductory inspection of your property to spot any items that may need to be fixed or updated and will work with you to get those items completed promptly. After a year of success in our program, our team will perform another thorough inspection to ensure that your cabin is still as amazing as it was when you joined our team. These inspections are in addition to your regularly scheduled cabin inspections that take place after a full clean of your property.

5 Year Safety Inspections:
In addition to our annual safety inspections, Georgia Mountain Cabin Rentals conducts a safety inspection every 5 years to ensure that no safety issues are found within your vacation home. While we check fire alarms, fire extinguishers and other safety items on a regular basis, your 5-year safety inspection will include a more thorough look at your vacation home’s overall safety and adherence to city and state safety codes.
