When we found our cabin, we fell in love with its charm and setting. We felt blessed to be able to share it with our family, friends, and visitors. But no part of absentee home ownership is as important as finding the absolute best company to care for that home in your absence. We interviewed a number of rental agencies and knew the minute we met Paul and Amber that GMCR was our perfect partner. They came in and immediately assessed our property, sharing their expertise on how to make it marketable, as well as explained their policies and procedures for a partnership with them. We met their maintenance, housekeeping, and reservation staff and immediately knew they had the expertise and experience we were looking for. AT GMCR the staff works together and specializes in their areas of expertise, so we know whatever the cabin needs, they can arrange to make it happen. The staff is connected in the community and have access to everything we need to keep the cabin updated, maintained, repaired, clean, rented, and advertised well on their website.

Beyond that, we are very grateful for the friendly and professional communication we receive from them on a regular basis. We are always alerted if an item in the home needs updating or replacing. They are always prompt at returning our calls and emails, their bookkeeping and itemized monthly statements are top notch, and they make the owner’s page easy to navigate and observe cabin activity.

We are beyond grateful for the folks at GMCR and count them as friends. We have never been disappointed, and actually are always surprised how they go above and beyond to care for our home away from home. We highly recommend GMCR based on their service, friendly service, professional and all encompassing onboarding, and attention to us and our guests.
